The Transitional & Mentorship Program works with students to prepare them for life in the community by working on job skills and independent skills that facilitate the transition from school to work. The program promotes this by focusing on activities in career development, leadership training and community service.
Therefore CLED Ghana
- To assist young people to identify their talents, and encourage them to set goals.
- Support young people to get materials that allow them to practice their talents and skills.
- Provide volunteer opportunities and mentorship for students to receive instruction at job sites and other community locations in the field related to students’ ability based career.
- Run summer talent shows, exhibition camps and educational trips with local and international volunteers.
